James P. Wilson has been our Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Secretary since our inception. Jim Wilson has twenty-one years experience in private equity investing and an additional six years experience as an auditor and certified public accountant with the international accounting firm Ernst and Young. Mr. Wilson is a founding partner of RSTW Partners, a Houston, Texas based mezzanine debt private equity firm. RSTW Partners invested in 55 operating companies over a period of 15 years. The RSTW investments covered a wide variety of industries in the manufacturing, distribution and service sectors. RSTW Partners raised a series of three institutional mezzanine funds totaling $870 million in committed capital.  Mr. Wilson graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in accounting in 1981. Mr. Wilson was appointed to the Texas A&M University System (TAMUS) Board of Regents by Texas Governor Rick Perry in June 2007. TAMUS has a $3.0 billion annual operating budget. Mr. Wilson is a member of the Board of Directors of the Texas Growth Fund and a member of the Board of Directors of Alpha Circuits, Inc. Additionally, Mr. Wilson has served on the boards of seventeen operating companies over his career.
